Common questions

What homeowners ask before hiring a stucco contractor

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We come to your property, look at the project in person, and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation.

What areas of San Diego do you serve?

We serve San Diego County — including San Diego, Spring Valley, Chula Vista, La Mesa, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, National City, Bonita, Coronado, Santee, Lakeside, and Imperial Beach.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Innovation MB Plastering Inc. is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under CSLB #1103726, and we carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job. You can verify our license directly with CSLB.

How long does a typical stucco job take?

It depends on scope. A small bay-window or wall patch can be done the same day. A full re-stucco on a single-family home usually takes one to three weeks depending on prep, weather, and finish. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before any work begins.

What stucco systems do you install?

Traditional three-coat stucco, one-coat stucco systems, EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), and stucco over masonry or wood-frame construction. We also do stucco repair, color-matched patching, and historic plaster restoration.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes — we communicate in English and Spanish. This website is also available in both languages (use the language menu in the header).
